Step Into Christmas Joyland at the Olive Tree Hotel — Where Holiday Magic Begins

Ho ho ho! Christmas is calling, and the Olive Tree Hotel is answering with extra sparkle this year.

Being the only hotel in Penang to transform their grand ballroom into a Christmas Joyland, the magical land is where kids lead the way and grown-ups get to feel like children again. Prepare for cheerful décor, festive fun and a world of wonder waiting to be explored.

Little ones (and nostalgic grown-ups!) can look forward to classic carnival-style games such as Bottle Toss, Balloon Dart, Nail Toss, Smash Can, Lucky Bucket, Bounce It, Mini Golf, Ring The Bell, Stick & Score, Snowball Drop, and Shooting Gallery. The Arts & Crafts Corner invites young creators to get hands-on with DIY Clay, Coloring, and Upcycled Cardboard Projects.

Children will especially love the Inflatable Igloo, while guests of all ages can enjoy festive live entertainment throughout the celebration. Highlights include:

• The vibrant rhythms of The Mayson Music Station (Christmas Eve)
• Heartwarming performances by Persatuan Kebajikan Jiran Baik Pulau Pinang (Christmas Day)
• Musical showcases by Wan Andre, Saxophonist, and Q4 Bone The Jazz Quartet

With joyful activities, festive performances, and cosy holiday vibes, Christmas Joyland offers something magical for every member of the family.

In the meantime, the hotel has also put up a “Green Christmas tree” using recycled toys, books, wooden crafts, and bottles. Meanwhile, their in-house artists have also come up with mini houses to suit the festive season to be showcased on the buffet counters.
