Our check-in time is from 3pm onwards and check-out is at 12pm. Kindly note that check-in time may vary during high occupancy.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability. If we are able to accommodate this request, the early check-in would be at 12pm and late-check out is extended until 2pm. A nominal fee is applicable for any extra hours.

Yes, there are WiFi connection in your guest-room, at the restaurant/café and public areas.

Yes we do have multi-level car park and front porch parking. In-house guests enjoy complimentary car park at the multi-level car park while the front porch parking is chargeable. Registered hotel guest is only allowed for one (1) complimentary parking per room.

The hotel is 100% smoke-free and smokers are only allowed to smoke at the designated area located Level 1, opposite the hotel’s main entrance. Smoking/ vaping or use of e-cigarette is prohibited in the hotel. A MYR1000 recovery fee will be charged to the guest each time this policy is violated.

Airport transfer charges from Penang International Airport is MYR50+ per way/per car. From hotel to airport is MYR40+ per way/per car, If transfer is between 11pm – 7am, additional 50% surcharge is applicable. (price is subject to change from time to time).

Pets, durian, mangosteen are not allowed. A MYR1000 recovery fee will be charged to the guest each time any of these policies are violated.

Yes, Every floor of the public area has a disable toilet. The public area space is also wheel-chair friendly. For handicapped room, please contact our reservation department.

It depends on your type of booking with us. For refundable booking, you can cancel your booking 3 days in advance with no additional charges. If less than 3 days, a processing fee will be charged. For non-refundable booking, change of date is allowed however with a processing fee.

The hotel requires an incidental deposit of MYR100 per room/night that may be settled by cash or by credit card. It is fully refundable if not in use.

We offer 2 dining options. Sukkah Coffee House offers the daily buffet breakfast while our Selah Café is opened from 11am – 12 midnight.

Yes, room service is available daily from 11am – 11pm.

We are 7km and 7.5 km away from Penang 1st Bridge and Penang 2nd Bridge respectively. It is about 15 minutes drive away depending on the traffic.
